We attempt to approve all homeowners via address verification into the group but if you are unable to join, please click here to contact the management company.  Upon moving out of the neighborhood, past residents will also be removed or may remove themselves from the FB group.

Cheshire Crossing page administrators will delete posts or comments that contain abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms that target specific individuals or groups. Neighbor shaming posts will also be removed. Cheshire Crossing page administrators reserve the right to delete posts or comments that are clearly off-topic, that promote services or products, or that promote or oppose any political party, person campaigning for elected office, or any ballot proposition. Gratuitous links to sites are viewed as spam and may result in the comment being removed. Communications made via the Facebook group page will in no way constitute a legal or official notice or comment by the Board of the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner’s Association or the property management company. Owners with concerns and/or complaints with the HOA are encouraged to take care of these matters privately with the HOA. Cheshire Crossing page administrators do not discriminate against any views, but reserves the right to remove posted comments that do not adhere to these standards or as they see fit.
