School Closure Information

Last week we got word from the School District that the School Board will vote on a proposal to close 11 SCUSD elementary school campuses, including Bret Harte. The vote will be before the Board at their February 21, 2013 evening meeting, and the entire community is welcome to attend.

In the meantime, look for your student to bring home information on a community meeting here at Bret Harte in the coming weeks, where we will have District staff on hand to answer questions and hear your feedback. Once we receive the date from the District we will send notices home with students, place calls home and update this website.
