Basic facts:
Born and Raised in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Married to Elizabeth Brandt who is a professor at the University of Idaho College of Law.
Moved to Moscow, Idaho in 1988.
We have two children, Carolyn and Christian, who are both MHS alums.
We live up on the Moscow Mountain ridge.
Education:
M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Idaho.
B.S. from Case Western Reserve Univ., Cleveland, Ohio in Biomedical Engineering.
Graduate work (all but thesis) in Metallurgy and Material Science - CWRU.
Work experience:
I have been teaching in the Moscow School District since 2004. I have taught at Moscow High School and Moscow Jr. High School (now Moscow Middle School). These are the courses that I have taught:

After Moving to Idaho, I was the owner/operator of Brandt's Woodworking from 1988 - 2000.
