Lewis Shoot Results from April 27, 2019

The Big 4+ Sportsman's Club held their annual spring 50-bird lewis shoot at their clubhouse in Long Lake on

Saturday, April 27. Cold wintry weather hampered attendance, but 21 brave souls accepted the challenge.

The shoot paid out 5 classes and various optional categories for cash amounts. Ties were broken by

sudden-death shoot offs.

The class winners and their scores were Bill Kramer, Lena with 50, Ed Borske, Alvin with a 47, Andy Favour,

Suamico with 42, Tyler Niehaus, Florence with 38, and Tom Prebost, Green Bay with 36. There was also a

consolation prize for scores 35 and under. Ben Niehaus from Florence took home the prize. Lewis Class

shooters could also enter for High gun, Laidies High gun, and 25 on each trap. Options were broken by

sudden-death shoot offs. Ed Borske took 25 straight on traps one and two, and Bill Kramer was high gun.

Josie McHugh from Newald took the Ladies High Gun prize.

The club's next Lewis Event will be held during the annual membership picnic on July 20, 2019, and the
