Sponsorship Opportunities:

We are seeking sponsors for two back to back one day meetings in 2012 covering XRF and XRD on the 23^rd and 24^th May

Sponsorship will cover both days, The first a joint XRF meeting of the British Crystallographic Association - Industrial Group and the Royal Society of Chemistry Atomic Spectroscopy Group the second a BCA IG XRD meeting.

ALL Sponsors will be acknowledged as follows:

• • Logo and link to their web site from the main meeting pages.

  • Your flyer inserted into the delegate folder FREE to exhibiting sponsors, otherwise the cost is £100

    • flyer to be provided in advance direct to the venue

    • delivery dates and address will be provided to confirmed sponsors.

  • Acknowledgement in the printed delegate programme.

Sponsorship cost:

• £150 - Table top display (table provided)

• £250 - Your own pop up stand (table provided)

• £350 - Your own stand and equipment to display

Note: Tables supplied have a maximum load of 30 Kg and power may be available from a 13 amp 3 pin outlet or extension.

Please advise at the time of booking if you need a table, a power supply and the weight of any equipment you will display.

Specific additional sponsorship items are also sought including:

pads - XRF day. - sponsor to supply

pads - XRD day. - sponsor to supply

pens - sponsor to supply

Delegate folder - sponsor to supply

£100 - Morning Coffee break - acknowledged in the meeting programme.

£100 - Afternoon tea break - acknowledged in the meeting programme.

We are also open to other sponsorship offers you may wish to make.

Sponsorship costs are the same for ONE or BOTH days and is payable in advance. Payment details will be on our invoice we will send on receipt of your booking form. Once payment of the invoice is received your logo will be added to the meeting web page.

Please note that sponsorship does not include any meeting registration fees for the sponsor’s personnel.
