The BCA / RSC XRF meeting takes place at Sheffield Hallam University's Charles Street Building, on Charles Street, a few minutes walk from the Sheffield's railway station. Registration will be open from 09:30 until 10:00 on Wednesday 12 June 2019.

Airports with direct train links to Sheffield include Manchester, East Midlands, Leeds/ Bradford , Robin Hood Sheffield/ Doncaster and Birmingham.
Travel to venue within England
If you are travelling to Sheffield from anywhere within the UK, please check train times via the National Rail website. Tickets can be bought up to twelve weeks in advance for the best prices.
Sheffield is well connected via the road network. City Campus – Howard Street, Sheffield, S1 1WB (if you’re using satnav please use S1 4RF in your preferred navigtion map).
Local Hotel and Car Parking.
Local hotels see University web page. If you are driving and staying at Jurys Inn on Eyre Street they have a special rate negotiated with the APCOA car park opposite the hotel. When entering the car park you will collect a token and this should be validated at the hotel, to get the better rate. The post code for Sat Nav for this car park is S1 4QW.

Park and ride is a good option. You will need to take the tram to Sheffield railway station. Take the blue or purple tram lines to the station from the various Park and Ride schemes. The tram stop is at the rear entrance to the station, walk through the station and SHU is opposite the front entrance to the station. . More information...

There is a discounted parking rate at two of the nearest car parks to the City campus, APCOA on Eyre Street and NCP on Arundel Gate.
