Demonstrate leadership potential, with creativity in problem solving and openness to new ideas.
My motivation for writing "Underachievement in the Workplace" came from learning about the differences between traditional and modern management styles. I learned that openness to new ideas and creative problem solving are more possible in team-based management styles which are characteristic of modern workplaces. After learning about what type of leader I am and how I work in groups, I adopted my argument for libraries to adopt team-based approaches to motivating and keeping on employees whose vocations are in libraries.
