Found Engine:
2007 Ford Mustang California Special 4.6L V8 Engine and 5-speed Manual transmission. Included items: Engine wiring harness and computer, Accelerator pedal, Shifter, most exhaust system parts, and Fuel tank with fuel pump. This engine was salvaged with only 19,729 miles on the odometer.

Manual five-speed transmission
3.340:1 first gear ratio,
2.000:1 second gear ratio,
1.320:1 third gear ratio,
1.000:1 fourth gear ratio,
0.670:1 fifth gear ratio
3.380:1 reverse gear ratio

Post on hydraulic lines
If you're using a T3650 Trans out of an 05+ Mustang GT with hydraulic clutch, and the actuator from the stock pedal box, here is a prefab line:
Summit Racing: MCL-139251. You'll have to call and special order it.
It's a 36" braided line with the correct fittings for the trans and clutch actuator on the stock pedal box. It's $60. It should save you from having to get a custom line made. I'm using an 07 T3650 and the line arrived last night and fits perfectly.
