4/7/13 The cooling lines from engine to the radiator was pretty straight forward. Running the lower line was a little too close to the steering but I don't think it will rub. As provided the line attaches to car/radiator using some rubber adapters. These adapters come with inserts that, as per the instructions, are removed for all connections except the radiator upper. However, the hose was too big on the engine side so I used the thin insert adapters on both the upper and lower engine connectors.
The only complexity is the heater side of coolant hoses. As I plan to run heat I need to connect the existing coolant lines to my heater core. The stock Mustang uses hard lines in the intake well that turn up 90° at the firewall. This would look bad and cause difficulty with how I plan to route the lines. So I found a local welder to cut and reweld the lines straight (last picture below).
