Completed the assembly of the front suspension as well as the spindles. Now that the parts were all powder coated it was pretty straight forward. We didn't torque anything down this weekend but got everything together to verify fit.
There was on tricky part. The driver, front, upper control arm to frame mounting was very tight. The chassis welding was so close to the bolt hole I couldn't get the bolt to lay flat. I ended up having to grind down the weld until there was enough room. Unfortunately this tore up the power coating on the frame. To fix I taped off the area and sprayed a couple of layers of Rustoleum Glass Enamel. After dried I could hardly tell where I had painted. I might use this later on other chassis scratches.
