Students must determine what electronic components are present within two sealed boxes, without opening the box! The components are placed in a series circuit with voltages of varying frequencies supplied from a waveform generator. By measuring the frequency-dependent voltage across each box, and interpreting the voltage measurement across a wide frequency range, the components are identified by the students....who have just accidentally learned about electrical engineering!
