The Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) consent form allows parents, or admins at parent request, to grant or revoke POPA consent. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw your consent and request that personal information regarding your child be removed from sites that are administered by Edmonton Public Schools by notifying the school principal in writing. Mature Student Status & Form Access
Mature Student Status & Form Access
A student is classified as a "Mature Student" if they meet either of the following criteria:
They are 18 years of age or older.
They have the "Living Independent" flag enabled in PowerSchool.
What this means for access:
Students: Are considered adults and have the sole authority to complete or update this form.
Parents/Guardians: Automatically lose the ability to view, update, or complete this form once the student is designated as mature.
