Fees

Most schools allow parents to manage and pay their child's school fees directly from SchoolZone. If this is an option at your school, you will see a Fees menu option in the top header when you sign in to SchoolZone.

Fees can be viewed by following the steps below:

Select the Fee menu option
Toggle between 'Fee List' or 'Payment History' by clicking on one option
If fees for some services that your child needs haven't been set up by the school, you can add these fees to your fee-sheet from SchoolZone. You can add more fees by clicking the "Add More Fees" link
To pay your fees with a credit card click the 'Proceed to Pay' button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a secure third-party payment system that will collect your payment and then transfer you back to SchoolZone

5. Click 'Fee List' to see the list of fees that you have paid or that are outstanding.

6. Click Payment History to see all your past payments. At the top of the list you see Date, Entered By, Method, Tender, Paid and Change Due.

Paying Fees

Select the fee you would like to pay and click the [proceed to pay] button at the bottom of the screen
A confirmation will appear, you may either close this window tho change your payment details, or click the [Apply Payment] button to be redirected to the payment page.

If your school is using Chase as payment vendor, you will see a new page open that looks like the one on the right.
Enter the necessary details on this page to pay the fee.
After the payment is processed, it will display a confirmation page with receipt as shown below. You can click on the [Back to SchoolZone] button to go back to the Fees page in SchoolZone.

If your school is using Global as a payment vendor, your fee payment pop-up window will be re-drawn as shown on the right.
Enter the necessary details on this page, then click on the [PAY NOW] button. After the payment is processed, you will see a similar message to the one below.

eTransfers

Some schools will allow parents to pay using eTransfers. If you are interested in paying your school fees by eTransfer, please contact your school for further information. This feature is only available at schools that decided to accept these types of payments.

Refunds

Refunds are not processed in SchoolZone.

If you need a refund, please contact your school office.
