To login to the SchoolZone, you must supply a valid UserID and password. If you are unable to login, you might have an inactive account. Once your SchoolZone account is created at the school you will receive a UserID and temporary one time password to use when logging in.
Parents and mature students are encouraged to setup a question and answer under the Profile menu (your name and head icon in the upper right corner), which will allow us to email you a new password, if your current password is forgotten. This option to have a new password emailed to you is found under the "Can't sign in?" link on the SchoolZone login page.
If you have received a UserID and password and still can't login, contact the school where your child is registered.
