FOIP Consent

The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) consent form allows parents, or admins at parent request, to grant or revoke FOIP consent. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw your consent and request that personal information regarding your child be removed from sites that are administered by Edmonton Public Schools by notifying the school principal in writing. If a parent has previously given, or revoked, consent, the date last modified, as well as who made the changes, are displayed on the page.
