Step 7c. ARP Analysis
10a. Include specific evidence (test scores, measurable outcomes) to explain the impact of your inquiry process on your students' achievement and yourself as a teacher. This is essentially all the evidence to support your analysis. Also, while you focused on three students, you will include the impact on your class as a whole in this section.
10b. This is where you will explain what you have learned about yourself as a teacher. The context of your learning can be with regards to your students' development (how did your students grow and learn), instructional practice (how did you grow as an instructor), academic content (understanding the content and curriculum of the subject you are teaching), and yourself as a teacher.Â
11. Now that you have new learning, how will you apply what you have learned to other areas of your teaching in the future? Use the standards and the proficiency language found in the Continuum of Teaching Profession to add specificity to your explanation.
