How to: Write a Long Term Growth Goal

When designing your goal, be specific enough that you will have a tangible system to measure your growth.

***If you state "I will work to best support..." --the question is what kind of work will you do and how will you know if the students are supported?

**If you state "for students to learn" --what do you want the students to learn?

This goal doesn't have to be targeted as the Action Research Focus Question, but it should be a goal that can be measured as to determine whether the goal was met or not.

***Keep in mind: You can write your long term growth goal as a SMART goal.
