How to keep formating consistent when copying from the Mentor log tab to CTP tab,
PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A SELF REFLECTION (TAKEAWAYS OR NEXT STEP) FOR EACH ENTRY ON THE CTP.
The reflection can be one sentence long.

Induction Candidate (IC) self-assessments reflect a pattern of weekly entries. At the conclusion of Mentor/ IC support meetings, please connect the meeting’s themes to at least one CSTP.
Entries are dated and evidence is cited.
Using the drop-down menu, complete the self-assessment and entry each time you reflect on your teaching practice.
This includes:
after each time you meet with your Mentor
after each optional PD session
following any lesson observations
following any lesson demonstrations
following district PD sessions you attend
Candidate's immediate (in-the-moment) support/needs
long term goal monitoring should be recorded during your weekly meetings

CTP Proficiency levels:

Located in the CSTP standards, Candidates can find descriptions of the Developmental Levels that are aligned to the CSTP standards.
The descriptions can help guide self reflection when determining the proficiency level in each entry.
