CTP Self-Assessments

Induction Candidate (IC) self-assessments reflect a pattern of weekly entries. At the conclusion of Mentor/ IC support meetings, please connect the meeting’s themes to at least one CSTP. 

Entries are dated and evidence is cited. 

Using the drop-down menu, complete the self-assessment and entry each time you reflect on your teaching practice. 

This includes:

• after each time you meet with your Mentor

• after each optional PD session

• following any lesson observations

• following any lesson demonstrations

• following district PD sessions you attend

• Candidate's immediate (in-the-moment) support/needs 

• long term goal monitoring should be recorded during your weekly meetings
