STEP 1--Long Term Growth Goal

Long-term growth goals are stated and reflect the mentor, program and/ or site administrator's input on professional growth priorities. 

The Initial ILP long-term growth goal is established during the SGVC Induction Orientation.

All Induction Candidates (ICs) must attend one of the four scheduled Orientations. If an IC enrolls after all 4, regularly-scheduled Orientations have been completed, then the district liaison will conduct a make-up Orientation with all elements addressed. 

*Attendance at Orientation is tracked by the SGVC Induction Program and recorded in the Candidate Progress Tracker spreadsheet. 

*All ICs will begin work on their ILP Goals within 60 days of enrollment.

*Progress toward the long-term goal is updated twice after the initial creation of the goal.
