Step 5

Induction Candidates (ICs) observe their mentor and/or colleague a minimum of 3 times per year. Then ICs record these observations. Make a connection to the CSTPs and document the reflection in the CTP. 

The fall observation should take place prior to the fall feedback window. 

***The winter and the spring observation can used as part of the 15 hours of research if the observations are conducted AFTER  your Action Research Focus Question has been approved by your liaision reviewer. Also, you should observe colleagues with the intention to research for your Action Research Project (ARP).
