Year 10 GCSE Media students have recently been learning about video games. During module 3 and 4, they have discovered the inner workings of the gaming industry whilst exploring mobile video games  apps such as Lara Croft Go and BlackPink: The Game.

Our Year 11's are about enter the final stages of their course content. With all 19 case studies now complete, it is time to prepare for Paper 2, where students will have to respond to a video clip and show off their analysis skills. Exciting  stuff!

Year 12 BTEC Media students are currently exploring pre-production materials for the first time, learning about industry techniques such as storyboarding, scripting, budgeting and more!

Year 13's are entering the final stages of their course, completing a final internal unit based around film production. Students are researching, planning, filming and editing their own short films ready to showcase in the summer term!
