I’m Rachael Graham (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a Seton Hill Alum and hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
In session I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you understand and manage your thoughts without letting them control you and your joy. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for clients struggling with trauma and post traumatic stress.
Know that you are entering a safe space regardless of your identity, your past, the body you are in, what you believe, who you love, or obstacles you have faced or are facing now. You and I will work as a team to develop a plan to meet your individual needs and goals so you can get back to being you.
Adam Korte is a licensed professional counselor, working with members of his community to achieve mental health since 2016. He has specialization in working with young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, complex grief, and socio-cultural struggles, generally associated with those identifying as racial minorities and LGBT+ individuals. It is his belief that all people, regardless of background, seek a sense of belonging and acceptance, that is often difficult to find, not because of a lack of support, but a deep-rooted struggle with accepting ourselves. For this reason, Adam tries to incorporate humor, trust, and encouragement in the therapeutic relationship, and primarily uses REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) to nurture the hope in his clients that the peace of mind they seek is within their reach.

Hi I am Stephanie Lowry, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy talking with people and helping them through difficult times. I have worked as a social worker and counselor for ten years in a variety of settings, including working with substance abuse, sexual health, LGBTQ individuals, depression, and anxiety. I often incorporate mindfulness into our sessions, which for me means finding the resources within yourself to develop peace and tranquility, even during periods of internal and external chaos. If you have an appointment with me, you can expect that I will do everything I can to listen to you, and help you find the tools and resources you need to feel better and realize your goals.
Hi, I am Jessica Maga (she/her), a licensed professional counselor, a counselor educator and supervisor, and the director of Counseling. I have provided counseling in a variety of settings prior to coming to Seton Hill. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, performance issues, relationships, LGBTQ+ concerns, and trauma. I have extensive experience working with international students, high pressure performers, & athletes (performance, balancing student-athlete demands, dealing with injury, and identity outside of sport).
I cherish working with individuals with diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives. While I primarily use the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to counseling with a multicultural and trauma-informed lens, you are the expert on your life experiences. I will join with you, and together we will figure out a path forward.
