Fresh Check Day 2025
Fresh Check Day 2025
Fresh Check Day is a national program that promotes mental health on college campuses in an uplifting and engaging way. It includes interactive booths that address many mental health topics and resources, free food, entertainment, and incentives for participation. One unique thing about Fresh Check Day is that most of the booths are led by student groups, allowing for peer-to-peer education and support. Check out this example video of a Fresh Check Day at another campus.

Sign up for a time to volunteer-tab 2 (making popcorn, handing out swag, registration, set up, clean up, etc.) or simply engage with the day! Students see and appreciate you supporting the community's mental health).
