Please keep in mind that we do not receive your results so a clinician will not follow up with you, but you are welcome to share them with us should you make an appointment.

This brief screening is free & anonymous and was designed by the Center for Collegiate Mental Health (CCMH). It assesses several aspects of mental health including depression, anxiety, eating concerns, frustration/anger, family stress, and alcohol use.
Recommendations and resources are provided following the screening.
eCHECKUP TO GO is an interactive, online program that provides immediate, personalized feedback about alcohol, cannabis, or nicotine use and related variables. Individuals can complete a free & anonymous "check-up" on multiple occasions to track changes and make adjustments to use.
*If you would like to return to review your feedback or share with a provider in the future, be sure to write down you user identification number (UIN) after answering the questions.
Scientists at Gallup have identified five common elements of well-being that transcend countries and cultures. If we're struggling in any one of these domains, as most people are, it damages our well-being and wears on our daily life. When we strengthen our well-being in any of these areas we will have better days, months and decades.
Purpose: Liking what you do each day and working towards meaningful goals; thriving in your purpose.
Financial: Managing your economic life to reduce stress and increase security.
Physical & Mental: Maintaining a strong physical and mental foundation to thrive; adapting and managing challenges.
Social: Having supportive and meaningful relationships in your life.
Community: Feeling safe and connected; having pride in your communities.
A few specific topics and strategies to care for yourself in the list of self-help resources. Find the strategies that work for you and keep doing them every day. Demonstrating care for yourself and others is critical.
