The first time you sign in, you will be asked for the name of your school. Search for 'SAN DIEGUITO UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT'.
You should now be signed into the Sora collection.
Go to 'General Settings' in your account. Select that you would like to read 'on my Kindle'.
Now when you check out a book you will be taken to your Amazon account. Sign in and get your eBook sent straight to your Kindle.
(Note: if your Kindle is registered with an Amazon account belonging to your parents, they will have to sign in and confirm the loan).

Click the top-right corner of your screen to bring up your account details.
Click the green 'Add a public library' button.
Select 'San Diego County Library.'
When you find a public library book that you'd like to check out, you may need to select "San Dieguito Union High School District" and enter your username and password once again.
Helpful hint: If the book you want to read is unavailable in the SDUHSD collection, hop over to the County Library collection and see if it is there instead.
