Aeries and Google Classroom are two key tools for keeping up to date with assignments and grades.
The Aeries Parent Portal allows you to stay up to date with your how your student is doing in school. You can use it to view gradebooks, daily attendance, and test scores. You can also use the portal to update your own contact information should this need to be changed.

Teachers use Google Classroom to share information digitally with their students. Parents and guardians can sign up for regular email summaries with one of their student's teachers that will provide updates on current classroom activities. This includes information about upcoming assignments and missing work as well as a link to preview the Classwork page.

San Dieguito Union High School District prioritizes the safety and security of our students in the digital environment. We are committed to providing a protected online learning experience and encourage responsible internet practices. Learn more about how SDUHSD protects students online in and out of school.
In SDUHSD, our priority is the intentional and safe use of technology. We are committed to ensuring that school-issued devices remain purposeful tools for learning while supporting students in maintaining a healthy balance with screen time.
To support a balanced environment, we provide three layers of safety and management for school-issued devices:
Existing Supports:
The District Filter (Always On): All school-issued Chromebooks are filtered 24/7 to block inappropriate content, regardless of whether the device is at school or on a home network.
GoGuardian Teacher (In-Class Management): During school hours, teachers may use this tool to keep students focused on the lesson at hand and redirect them away from non-educational distractions.
Now Available:
GoGuardian Parent (Optional Home Tool): This new app grants you the ability to set the specific boundaries that work for your household, such as blocking specific sites or pausing internet access on the device outside of school hours. Learn more about the GoGuardian Parent app.
Each student receives a touchscreen Chromebook to use at school and home. Students are expected to bring the Chromebook to school every day as part of their school supplies. While chargers will be available in key locations around campus, students are expected to bring their Chromebook fully charged.
