PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST DAY
To prepare for your first day of school, please complete the steps below.
You will know you're done when you see "Congratulations! You are now ready for the first day of school!"
LOG INTO YOUR SDUHSD ACCOUNT
Student Email
Your STUDENT EMAIL is a combination of the following:
YOUR LAST NAME(S) + YOUR FIRST INITIAL + THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF YOUR STUDENT ID + @my.sduhsd.net
Example #1: potterh4567@my.sduhsd.net Example #2: knowlescarterb4567@my.sduhsd.net
**If you have a longer last name(s), the account name will be abbreviated to 14th character of your last name. For example, if a student's name is Kai Henderson-Fallbrook, and his student ID is 1215678, his user name would be HendersonFallbK5678@my.sduhsd.net
** Your STUDENT EMAIL & STUDENT ID can be found in your parent’s Aeries account. It is typically a 7-digit number beginning with 12_____. If your family has trouble finding it, a teacher can look it up for you.**
Password
If you have not set a password before it will be:
your birth month + your birth date + your full student ID
Example:
Let’s say your birthday is October 8 and your student ID is 769342.
Your password would be 1008769342.
(10 for October, 08 for the 8th, and 769342 for your student ID number)
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
After you log into your account for the first time, you have the option to change your password by clicking the button below.
*Be sure to enter ONLY your username (everything before @my.sduhsd.net) when doing so. Example: potterh4567*
LOG INTO YOUR AERIES ACCOUNT
Aeries is the program you will use to view your schedule and check your grades. CLICK HERE to log into your account.
Use the "Sign In with Google" option using your @my.sduhsd.net email account to sign in to Aeries.
ACCESS YOUR CLASSES IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM
On the first day of school, students should sign into their Google Classroom accounts by clicking this link OR the Classroom icon on the student homepage and entering their STUDENT EMAIL and PASSWORD.
Here, you will be able to view and enter Google Classroom by clicking on the class title.
