OLEP Funding

Démarche à suivre pour avoir accès aux fonds fédéraux:

Bonjour everyone,

As you know, French Federal Funds for our K to 12 FI program is centralized at the School District. To access the funds, we will be using the following process:

1. Discuss your needs for new resources at your department meeting according to the following categories: e-learning, resources, or cultural activities

2. Complete the Federal Funds Request 2025-2026 form: here 

3. Please know that requests will be reviewed monthly and, once approved by the Advisory Committee, you will receive an email confirmation with a reminder that you have two weeks to make the purchase. 

4. Once you have the approval, you will be able to order/purchase your resources/organize cultural activities with your school credit card.

5. Your school will contact Carolynn Ablitt at the district (cablitt@saanichschools.ca) to be reimbursed. School can send Carolynn a copy of the invoice for a GL Transfer once approved.

6. Important: Keep all your receipts and invoices, they will be needed at the School District office.
