These potatoes are perfect in the airfryer. They get crispier, faster. Initially, they are tossed in oil, salt & pepper and then roasted. Tossing them with the raw garlic at the end works, despite what you might think. Adding the garlic any earlier runs the risk of burning it. If you want, you can add a bit of garlic powder to the salt & pepper as a substitute. The lemon zest and parsley are lovely, but you can skip them. These are also great tossed with a bit of parmasean along with the garlic, parsley and zest. It's roasted potatoes: be creative.
These can also be done on a sheet pan in the oven, they're just so simple/fast in the airfryer.
