This recipe was done with 2 smallish russet potatoes. Seasoning totally depends on the size of the potato. Also, play with the season - these are the ones I like.
It's important that the potatoes be cut small (think McDonals size french fry). The raw cut potatoes should be soaked in water for 15 minutes to remove the excess starch. Finally, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket as this results in floppy fries.
