These are super easy to make. This amount of spice was used on 8-9 chicken wings. Remember, get out everything you need before you handle the chicken. This helps prevent cross-contamination. Also, wash all your tools thoroughly once done cooking wich includes your countertop.
Rinse and pat dry your chicken wings with a paper towel. Residual moisture prevents the wings from becoming crispy.
Toss the wings in a mixing bowl with the oil and spices until evenly coated.
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika (we used smoked paprika in class)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Place the wings in the air fryer basket. Single layer and make sure they are not touching. Touching will also prevent crispiness.
Bake at 380'f for 10 minutes. Flip, and bake for another 5-8. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they are done.
