You can do this by cheering others up when they are sad, helping them with school work, sharing positive thoughts, or even just by saying that you Are proud of them .
2. Share Positive Things On the Internet ❤️
The internet is sometimes a really bad place for a positive mindset. try to avoid content that does not make you feel happy, and focus on positive messaging. spread positivity by commenting “I really like your video!” or “Love this!”
3. Take Care Of Your Skin ❤️
Your skin is a vital part of your body, so take care of it during this cold season! The sun does a lot of damage to your skin, so wear a facial sunscreen SPF everyday. Even if it's cloudy or raining. You should also cleanse your face every day to clean your skin from all of the gunk . Every once in a while you should exfoliate . Word of advice : STAY AWAY FROM ST IVES FACIAL SCRUB ! The “Exfoliants” are walnut shells that are each irregular shapes and can get into your pores and do damage. Also , you can hydrate your skin with a moisturizer when it gets dry.
4. Have a “Me Day” and Take Some Time to Rest ❤️
Spreading love is also about loving yourself. Self Care! Take a day to focus on yourself. Eat a good breakfast, you wont regret it. Then go outside and spend time with nature . You can exercise and even end the day by taking a hot bath. This will improve your mental and physical health.
5. Help people in need ❤️
If you see someone on the street struggling, you can help them . You can do this by giving them a hand or encouraging them. If you see someone that is homeless , you can give them a snack or a few dimes.
