There are many ways to stay in a healthy mindset for this month, and even this entire year!
This list will include many ways to stay in a healthy mindset:
Eating well: make sure to have the correct intake of food.
Surround yourself with positive people: make positive connections.
Finding a hobby: balance between school and homework.
Don’t compare with others: will lower self-esteem.
Exercise: stay fit!
Creating schedules for everyday: stay on schedule and won’t get distracted or interrupted.
Listening to music: music you like to listen and help calm and concentrate.
Less screen time: staying on your phone isn’t the most healthy thing to do.

There are many ways to de-stress, either if it’s after a long day of work or you just had a big day with responsibility. Stress can be bad for your body, contributing to many health problems including high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. We want to make sure we stay healthy especially during this pandemic so read on to find many ways to de-stress.
-Exercise; always stay in shape !
-Socialize; try talking with others, maybe catching up
-Listening to music; music is a great way to relieve stress
-Write and read; reading and writing are great things to do
-Going outside for some fresh air
-Meditate; focus your attention on other things
-Sleeping; replenish your energy
-Eating; eat but make sure don’t eat too unhealthy and too much
-Hobbies; doing something fun can relax you.
