Columbia Honda Smart Choice Scholarship Program: The Columbia Honda Scholarship Program intends to provide 9 Missouri High School Seniors who have made smart academic and life choices with a $1,000 scholarship to make the smart choice to pursue post-high school education. Lights, Camera, Save! Video Contest: Lights, Camera, Save! is a teen video contest sponsored by Discover Debit, that encourages teens to educate themselves and their peers about the valued of saving and using money wisely. Students enter the contest by submitting videos to local participating banks. These banks then choose a local winning video and submit it for judging at the national level. University of Missouri First-Time College Students: Mizzou's General Scholarship Application is due Dec. 15, 2017 for incoming freshman. Application for admission must be received to be considered for scholarships, applying for admission by Dec. 1, 2017. This ensures that students can submit the scholarship application on time. The Burger King Scholars Program: Scholarship grants range from $1,000 to $50,000 and are intended to help students offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Recipients are selected based on their GPA, work experience, extracurricular activities and/or community service. AXA Achievement: This program offers over $1.4 million in scholarships to young people throughout the nation representing all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Students have the opportunity to receive a $2,500, $10,000 or $25,000 scholarship. They are looking for high school seniors who have demonstrated ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in their activities in school, the community or the workplace. Young Entrepreneur Awards: The NFIB Young Entrepreneur Awards are non-renewable scholarships created to recognize young people who have demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit/initiative valued between $2,000-$15,000.
