SLT 2019

This year's Service Learning Term has been divided into Community Art and Animal Conservation. I am in the animal conservation group! We are primarily focusing on loons and vernal pools. We have been working with the Vermont center for ecostudies. So far I have been really enjoying this SLT- I feel like I can be hands on as well as practice active note taking when we have guests.

I have tried a lot of different things so far in SLT! I've lifted a canoe, gone canoeing, steered a canoe, and did non canoe activities as well, such as search for tadpoles in vernal pools.
