The choir strand provides students a pathway into the entertainment industry by preparing students' voices for singing in large groups, soloing, stage performance in musical theater or in a band. Students learn a large variety of skills including: reading music, music theory, making your voice sound professional, recording, producing on computers, and navigating how to get into the music industry (including selecting the right college for you). Industry certifications and early college credits are available to you in the choir strand.
Students must complete beginning or intermediate choir AND Advanced choir to complete the pathway. Tryouts are required for identifying which level you will begin in. No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything that you will need to be successful!
