Junior College Planning

Junior College Planning Outline - use to organize your initial college planning

This outline should guide you to the appropriate resources that you’ll need when you begin your initial

college planning. All resources are either on our website or available in the Student Services Office.

You will be meeting with your assigned School Counselor on a regular basis to help you with this

process.

Please utilize the resources below to develop a list of colleges that you'd like to explore further.

General Strategy: We recommend that students have a "portfolio" of five or six schools to which they will apply.  This portfolio should include schools that have a range of difficulty and a range of price so that the student has options to choose from once they receive their acceptance decisions.

1. Review the College Planning Timetable to give you an overview of what tasks need to be completed within general timeframes.

2. Please invite your parents to the Junior Parent College Presentation scheduled for February 15, 2024 (Open House) 6pm & 7pm

3. Talk with your parents about your post-graduate plans.
