If you or someone you know needs help with a personal or psychiatric crisis, call the Acute Community Crisis Evaluation Service System (ACCESS) or go directly to the Emergency Department at Southern NH Medical center, 8 Prospect St, Nashua NH. ACCESS provides crisis evaluations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

GNMHC is the local mental health center serving Nashua and surrounding towns. New clients can take advantage of the Open Access Walk-in service, available at 440 Amherst Street in Nashua, on Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
