NCAA College Sports

High School Academic Requirements for Student-Athletes 

Students who wish to participate in NCAA sanctioned sports in college must meet academic eligibility requirements.

The NCAA Eligibility Center is responsible for deciding which MHS courses are approved for eligibility purposes.

Students who intend to participate in Division I or Division II athletics must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center.  Transcript release forms provided by the Eligibility Center must then be brought to the Student Services Office.

Although the eligibility requirements are listed below, please acquaint yourself with the NCAA Guide for College Bound Student Athletes as it contains a wealth of helpful information.

**Note: Students must have their SAT/ACT scores sent directly to the Eligibility Center from CollegeBoard or ACT.**
