The future for college is in the air for the Bluehawks! College visits are wrapping up at the beginning of December. If you missed some college visits, contacts for the colleges are listed in Naviance, and you can contact the representatives directly. Any questions about reaching this list can be emailed to your counselor.

Seniors, you can ask your teachers to be excused from your class to see a representative, except for SST. You will have to check with your SST teacher beforehand if you can be excused. Underclassmen, you can only attend college visits if it is during your study hall. These visits can be found at the College and Career Center located in the classroom near the main stairwell and counseling office (A161).

What’s your favorite place on campus? Why?
Have you discovered any interesting places off campus?
If you could change one thing about the school, what would it be?
How do students spend their time when they are not in class?
Where do they do their studying
What is course registration like? How hard or easy is it to get the classes that you want to take?
What do students do on weekends?
How easy or hard is it to get a tutor if you need help? What is the process like?
What kind of jobs are available on campus? Are they hard to get?
Do many activities on campus cost money? Are there fees for anything that students should be aware of?
What are the hot-button issues on campus right now? What do people talk about and/or care about?
Do you feel safe walking around campus at night? Are there many people out and around at night?
What are the big annual events on campus? Do many people go to them?
