All students in grades 9-12 have been added to a new informational classroom on Canvas.
The San Diego Unified Informational Classroom is designed to be a place for high school students to access important updates and information relevant to them – anything from district policy updates like the Phone-Free School Day to scholarship opportunities.

Students are encouraged to visit this Canvas course weekly to stay up-to-date with all of the latest information and opportunities from SDUSD.
Lockers - Lockers will now be given out in the front office. If you need a locker or have locker issues, please go to the main office.
Saturday School - Our first Saturday school is this weekend if you got a summons, please plan on attending to clear up your attendance. Remember if you are not on the VIP list you can not attend homecoming even if you bought your ticket already and there is not refund.
Senior Contract - Senior your contracts are overdue. Please turn in signed contracts ASAP to your English teacher or Mrs. Filamor. If you are planning on attending the homecoming this contract must be in.

Lunch Detention starts on Tuesday. Every day during lunch students can make up for a tardy by attending lunch detention. Lunch Detention is held daily in the auditorium with Mrs. Filamor or you can see one of the following teachers. To visit these teachers, they must be one of your teachers. Use this time to get extra help, work on assignments or make up assignments. If you don't see one of your teachers on the list, then you can head to the auditorium. We hope to add more teachers soon thank you.

Attendance is now using 5 Star to check students in for being tardy. You can use your physical ID card or your digital ID card to check in. For athletes being released early for games, your pass will be issued in 5-Star. Load the 5-Star Student app on your phone.
ACES TUTORING - Open before and after school in the Library! Every Monday through Friday in the mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 and every Monday through Thursday in the afternoons from 3:30 - 5:00. We have teachers across all subject areas to help you!

Surf Club Meeting!
All students interested in returning and/or joining our competitive surf team, meet at lunch in the weight room on Wednesday. September 3rd at 1:50pm. Bring your lunch and please be on time. Thank you, Coach Farrar
ASB Card Sales:
ASB Cards can be purchased for $35 outside the ASB room on Fridays at lunch. Your ASB Card "sticker" will appear on your 5 Star app or your can get a physical sticker on your school ID. We accept cash, checks written out to Mission Bay High School, and NOW Apple Pay and Credit Card (4% service charge)
Hoco Tix Prices are now $85 with ASB Card and $95 without. We accept credit cards (with a 4% service charge) but the credit card machine is not always functioning so have a back up plan (cash or check made out to Mission Bay High School).
