There are wardrobes outside the classrooms in Primary for use by the students. Space is limited and items in the wardrobes should therefore be kept to the essentials only. Students must keep their wardrobes tidy. In Secondary, the students get access to their own locker.
The school cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen. See Lost and found and Valuables and personal belongings.
The school's official website is: www.escph.dk
Student well-being: Well-being policy
Well-being Day (Trivselsdag) is held annually in or around 6 March and is an opportunity for the classes to focus on activities that have a positive effect on the mind, body, health and well-being of the students.
Read more about the school's well-being initiatives under Well-being Policy (above), Inclusion Pedagogues and Rights School.
Parents who would like to withdraw their child/ren from the school, must inform the administration at the earliest opportunity (using this form). Students who have left the school but wish to come back to the school, will need to re-apply for admission and there is no guarantee of re-admission.
Please note that if your child attends the KKFO, it is your responsibility to give the municipality notice of withdrawal. There is one month's notice until the 15th and the last day of the month. You can do so here or contact Pladsanvisningen in Københavns Kommune.
See also Absence of students.
In special cases, the school may grant between a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months leave to students whose parents are on a work assignment abroad. The leave must be documented and approved by the Municipality of Copenhagen and the student must attend school in the host country. Applications may be denied if granting the leave raises concerns for the child's welfare and/or learning.
Please write to the school's management.
