The school encourages the celebration of birthdays. Students who wish to mark the occassion in class can bring a cake (but not sweets) to share with the class. The teacher should be notified in advance and the cake should be easy to serve and include napkins or paper plates.
Only individually wrapped birthday treats are allowed at the moment due to COVID-19.
If students wish to celebrate their birthdays outside school, the school strongly encourages that either all students in the class are invited or that all the boys or all the girls are invited. This is to ensure that everyone in the class feels part of the class community.
There are bike and scooter racks by the school’s three entrances and at the back of the playground. It is not allowed to park bikes on the pavements and up against the school. If the bike parking is full at the front of the school, please use the bike racks at the back of the playground.
