Meetings:
PA and PC parents can hold meetings at the school for other PA or PC parents without a teacher present. Other groups of parents can only use rooms at ESCPH outside of teaching with a teacher present. School management must be notified by PA or PC before use of rooms.*
Extra-curricular PA organised activities:
Parents with ideas for extra-curricular activities for ESCPH students must go through the PA. These activities must be for ESCPH children only. The parents are 100% responsible for arranging the activities, including obtaining criminal background checks for instructors, etc. Which rooms to use for the activities is coordinated with ESCPH management. The school does not lend out labs, art and music rooms or Tumlesalen.
Use of PE hall: ESCPH management can support booking one time slot per week in the PE hall for one activity organized by PA for ESCPH students. In that case this wish must be known by ESCPH management before February 1st for a time slot the following school year. **
*Conditions of use of school facilities: The school’s premises must be treated with respect, cleaned and left in the same condition as they were found. Use of school facilities must not interfere with normal school operations or take resources away from the school eg. use undue administration time.
**The PA is an association and can request use of the school’s facilities outside school hours (after 17:00) through the Culture and Leisure Administration in the City of Copenhagen. See more information here: Foreninger og aftenskoler: Lån af lokaler og andre faciliteter (kk.dk)
