3D animated cinematic depicting a story of a realism medieval/fantasy style siege taking place in a medieval fantasy world, genre centred around fantasy/dark fantasy and will contain action and emotional story-telling, through environment and character story-telling queues. The main driving purpose is to deliver an Anti-War message along with a sense of self-realisation, to illustrate these points effectively the main theme/tone will be Sorrow. Our story begins with a blue legion of knights who siege a red sided legion of knights main fortification, our cinematic retraces the steps of our main character who explores the events of the knight prior. Conflict, Destruction, Change, and Transformation are primary themes of The Aftermath and these themes don’t disappoint, the cinematic houses many symbolic and impactful elements relevant to current day conflict. Eventfully, as our main character becomes more aware of his surroundings and the actions made by his army, the truth unravels and we find our main hero questioning his morals and the viewer questioning their own ideologies.
My role in the project was to create all the visual effects for each scene, this included environment effects, fire, smoke, fog, dust, etc. The destruction simulation for the night scene and all the projectiles within it and the skies for each scene. Extra roles I took on was compositing and sound design.

Current artistic skill set:
I am currently specialising in 3D animation. More specifically character and creature animation. Moving forward I'd like to give motion capture a go. I'm very intrigued by the process of creating animations using mo-cap gear, not to mention it looks like it'd be fun to use. Aside from animation I also have experience in 3D modelling, rigging, implementing animations into Unreal, Photoshop creations, and editing in Premier Pro and After Effects.

Autodesk Maya
Unreal Engine 4
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premier Pro
Adobe After Effects
Autodesk Mudbox
