Assemble Project

In this assignment we had to create a sculpture of some sort of creature. We could use any material we wanted. I decided to use cardboard and design a gorilla. I chose a gorilla because its my favorite animal. I was inspired by a art company that used cardboard in their designs. At first I was gonna use 3D layers but then I chose to just layer them with pieces in between. But that changed to just layering cardboard together. I thought the project was fun except for the cutting part. I am kinda happy with how it came out. I had to cut out each layer and hot glue them together to form a gorilla. I tried my best to create the features of the body. In the future I will stick to my original plan by making pieces that fit together to make a 3D structure.
