SHE IS THE LIGHT!

Of course we know that biologically, humans can't shine. But that doesn't mean we can't shine in our own way...

The subject of my work is the girl is the light in my darkness, because if we think about it people do not have the ability to shine by themselves. (Metaphorically, yes but not biologically possible).

I first use a mechanical pencil to do the sketch of the girl and then with color markers and pigment liners I started to add color to my drawing. For the background I used colored charcoals, making a transition between white, then orange-red and then purple-black. With this I created the effect that the girl is really shining.

To do the hair I did it with color layers: first yellow lines, then light brown, dark brown and finally black. This gives more texture to the hair and looks more realistic.

I used the third rule structure and I place my girl on the left looking to the right.

I had planned to do the prisma colors coming from the girl's eyes and do the rest of the background with a transition of black and white, but then I realize that idea would not show the concept of the drawing, so I decided to do a dark background and create the effect light is coming from the girl with some white, yellows and orange.
