Beautiful Oops

Who would say that a couple of stains on a paper, could do so much ...

A simple drop of black ink can turn into a cat, a bullet or even a fireball.

In my case I saw life, and to that I add a background, a context, a purpose.

The subject of my drawing was sea life. It's about a shark trying to chase a little fish.

The inkblots in the center gave me the idea that it was a shark and a fish escaping. Use metal pen and ink to mark the edges of the animals; blue and green markers to the seabed, colored pencils to give texture to paint rocks and green seaweed.

I choose to create this artwork because I live next to the sea and for me was always intriguing what was happening in the deep waters. The principles element in this drawing are the shark and the fish, the rocks, shells and the sea background.

Is mostly a formal balance artwork because the focus is in the center (where the livestocks are). I made an emphasis for the shark and the fish and create some movement drawing lines at the background.

At first it was just the shark and the fish floating and then I started adding things from the center to the corners and create the sealife environment.
