Anonymous Reporting of Mistreatment
Incivility, bullying, harassment or mistreatment of any kind can be detrimental to the wellbeing of students. The Nurse Anesthesia Department will not tolerate mistreatment of students in any form.
Please use this form to anonymously report any negative experience or complaint regarding your experiences in either the didactic or clinical phases of your DNP training.

The Information Technology Services Department answers questions regarding technology and services across campus and can assist with things like username/password issues, DUO two-factor authentication, and wireless access.

Service hours - On-site ITS staff are answering calls and working tickets from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Offsite service desk handles calls and tickets outside of normal business hours, providing 24x7, 365 support.

CAMPUS SAFETY
Campus Safety remains open and is available by calling 847-578-3288 24 hours a day / 7 days a week or by visiting the Campus Safety window in the Basic Sciences Building. Visit the Campus Safety Insite Page for more information on signing up for Emergency Text Messaging, Parking Passes, and more. The Lake Bluff Metra Train Shuttle will not resume until September. Please watch for further updates for the schedule when it is available.
GENERAL CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS AND INCLUSION
The Division of Student Affairs and Inclusion staff will be available on-campus as well as remotely during Fall Quarter. General questions can be directed to 847-578-8354 and that phone is monitored Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays). In addition, students can utilize the central email address of student.affairs@rosalindfranklin.edu with any general questions and concerns. Any student who is in need of dropping off/picking up items or arriving for a scheduled in-person meeting with the Division of Student Affairs and Inclusion can visit the Health Sciences Building ROOM L.691 (Welcome Center) Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Staff will be conducting most meetings with students virtually using Google Meet, Zoom, or telephone, between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
In addition, we have attached contact information to schedule a meeting directly with one of the services or staff members which you can reference below and contact staff directly to assist.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Peer Tutoring
Our peer tutoring program will operate both large and small group sessions as well as learning centers in a non face-to-face format including Google Hangout, and Zoom. Large group sessions will be available to all students enrolled in the correlating course. Small group sessions will also be offered for eligible students utilizing Google Hangout or Zoom, no in-person sessions will be allowed.
Academic Accommodations
Our Services for Students with Disabilities will work with students to provide new accommodations or update accommodations where necessary due to changing academic plans. In addition, students who are in need of academic accommodations due to COVID-19 should contact the ADA Coordinator. Please contact ada.coordinator@rosalindfranklin.edu for any new or updated requests for academic accommodations.
Academic Support Counseling
Academic Support provides students support in the areas of time management, student skills, test-taking skills, and board preparation and can be scheduled by contacting academic.support@rosalindfranklin.edu.
STUDENT LIFE
The Office of Student Life is available to help support student organizations and student events on campus. During Fall quarter, new event policies are in place to help keep student organization activities safe. Student Life staff can assist student organizations in creative program and engagement opportunities to continue the mission of their organizations remotely. Student organizations, student leaders, and students are not allowed to organize any student events without registering and receiving approval for the event from the Office of Student Life. Any students who have questions related to events are encouraged to reach out to the Student Life staff at 847-578-8354. Students who are reported to be in violation of the event policies will be considered in violation of the Student Code of Conduct and will be adjudicated within the Student Affairs Judiciary process.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion will continue to provide virtual opportunities for training and education and community building. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides student support for community connection, mentorship and advises student organizations as they fulfill cultural and inclusion based missions. International Students
International student service and support will remain available via phone and via email for personalized service to international students needing visa support, travel signatures and to answer any other question. STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES
Student Financial Services, including Financial Aid, Student Billing, Student Health Insurance and Financial Literacy will remain available via phone and email for consultation and management of student concerns. Staff will be working both in the office and remotely and can be easily contacted by calling 847-578-3217 or emailing financial.services@rosalindfranklin.edu.
REGISTRAR

STUDENT COUNSELING SERVICE
The Student Counseling Service (SCS) is prioritizing your safety and well-being amidst the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. STUDENT HEALTH
Student Health remains operational to assist students. For assistance with Castlebranch requirements or general questions, please utilize studenthealth@rfuhs.com and someone will assist you.
PRINT PRODUCTION SERVICES
Print Production Services offers two types of printing for students. Student Course Notes – which are predetermined packets for those available courses, as well as custom print jobs which students can submit their own information to be printed. Below outlines, the procedures for each as the process has changed to allow for online ordering and streamlined pick up.
Student Course Notes
Student Course Notes are a set of compiled lectures that will be presented by faculty throughout the course. This is the same file that is posted online but in printed format. They can be ordered through https://rfuspiritstore.net/
For safety reasons - all student course notes MUST be ordered and paid for online - even if they live on or near campus for pick up. NO WALK-IN ORDERS will be accepted. Students who are living on campus and don't want to come into the university for pick up, can still have them shipped to them.
Pick up of Student Course notes is at the Spirit Store - NOT Mail Center.
Students will receive an email when their order is ready for pick up.
Please keep in mind social distancing when picking up.
NO Exchanges/NO Refunds (Make sure you are ordering the correct book)
Custom Print Jobs
Students who would like to order custom print projects to be printed can do so by visiting the Print Production New Request Form located on Insite. Pricing includes:
· $0.04 - B/W prints per side (8.5x11)
· $0.07 - Color prints per side (8.5x11)
· $1.00 - Spiral Bind or 3 Hole Punch notes supplied by student
· $1.00 - Cut spine off of soft cover book and spiral bind it or 3 hole punch
Projects are typically available within 24 hours. All pick up for custom print jobs will be picked up and paid for at the Mail Center. You will be emailed when your print job is ready for pick up. Credit and debit card payment only – no cash can be accepted. Please observe social distancing when arriving for custom print pick up. MAIL CENTER
The University Mail Center will be open 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
Students who are not residing in On-Campus Student Housing apartments are not permitted to receive personal mail and packages on campus.
All prepaid USPS and UPS packages can be left with Mail Center staff. Prepaid packages will be given to the carrier drivers the following business day.
SPIRIT STORE
The Spirit Store is located in Room L.310 of the Basic Sciences Building adjacent to the Rhoades Auditorium and will be open Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
