Time Logs
Please download the app and set up your account.
Download ResQ Medical on the app store for iphones or google play for android devices.
Your username and password will be sent to your university email.
Please make sure that your location setting is set to "always" for accurate time logging information.
Please do not edit your time logs. Please let me know if there is a location that is not recording your time correctly so I can work with the ResQ team to troubleshoot the geofences at each clinical site individually.
This will provide your time log that you will be entering into the Typhon system on a daily basis.
Common Questions
If your residence is either on campus or close enough to the clinical facility the program may not recognize your leaving the facility accurately. If this is the case please use the "Ignore work hours at home" settings on the application. The following link will show you step by step how to adjust for this. (Macomb and Swedish American are common culprits with the housing being so close by)
